I wasn’t expecting such a disappointing experience when I had to visit the emergency room. Unfortunately, I found the staff interaction to be quite unpleasant, which added to the stress of the situation. It felt like my concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. I hope my next visit goes better, but this one left me feeling really let down.

When I first walked into the urgent care, I was hopeful. I had been feeling under the weather and thought this would be a quick and efficient stop. Unfortunately, my experience quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and my encounter with the medical assistants left much to be desired. Their interactions felt unprofessional, and it seemed like they were rushing through their jobs without really listening to patients. I understand that urgent care can be hectic, but a little compassion and effective communication go a long way. I wish they would focus more on improving customer service skills. Overall, I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived, which isn't what you want when you're not feeling well.
