Upon entering Pavilions, I was hoping for a smooth grocery shopping experience, but I left feeling pretty frustrated. I had to deal with a couple of products that were out of stock, which I totally get happens sometimes, but what really bummed me out was the service. It felt like the staff could use a bit more training—especially the baggers who seemed a bit lost on how to pack things properly. 😕 I really appreciate a good paper bag for my groceries, but the ones I received this time were flimsy and split open on my way out. It’s moments like these that make grocery shopping such a hassle. I think with better training for the staff and some upgraded bags, this place could really shine! It's just convenient to have a local spot that carries what you need for your pets, too, but I wish the grocery side matched that convenience.

Daniel was especially helpful—his enthusiasm for pet care radiates through every interaction. Whether I was looking for dog snacks or searching for specific medications, he went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. I appreciate how they cater to all sorts of pets, from dogs and cats to fish and bunnies. Each visit, I left feeling satisfied, not just with my purchases but with the positive atmosphere. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely cares about both pets and their owners like this one does. Highly recommend!
