The lack of proper safety protocols in place led to me suffering second-degree burns, which was incredibly disheartening. I expected more from a facility that promotes wellness. When I sought assistance from the staff afterward, they were unhelpful and did not seem to take my concerns seriously. This was a major letdown, as I believe safety should always come first, especially in a place focused on health and healing. I hope they recognize the need for better safety warnings and staff training to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.
