I decided to treat myself to a massage, hoping for some much-needed stress relief, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. After the 60-minute session, I felt like I was walking on clouds—it was pure bliss! If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is it. Can't wait to return for another session!

Before leaving Pasadena Day Spa & Massage, I had really high hopes for a relaxing experience. However, I was left feeling quite disappointed. The massage itself was decent and did help me unwind a bit, but my time there was marred by a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff was a bit rude and seemed insistent on pushing their tipping policy, which just felt off-putting. I think they could really benefit from improving their customer service and ensuring a more comfortable environment. I had gone in with the goal of stress relief, but unfortunately, I left feeling more stressed out than when I arrived.
