I didn’t expect my experience to be so frustrating. I occasionally need to pick up medication, and when I went recently, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. It felt like there was a lack of communication, leaving me unable to retrieve the medication I needed. I really think they could improve access to the medications that many of us rely on daily. Such a disappointing experience!

I must say, I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to the clinic here in Garland. I had scheduled an appointment for a medical assessment for an ovarian cyst, but the whole process felt really disorganized. From the get-go, scheduling the appointment was a hassle, and when I arrived, the staff didn’t seem to have my information ready. It was frustrating! I expected a smoother experience, especially when dealing with something health-related. If they could improve their appointment scheduling process and customer service, it would make a world of difference. You go in hoping for help and leave feeling more stressed than before. 😞
