After my visit for a government contract, I was really hoping for a smooth experience, but it was anything but that. The waiting time was excruciating—like I had all the time in the world to just sit and twiddle my thumbs. 😒 On top of that, the customer service was disappointing at best. I felt completely ignored at times, and when I did finally get someone's attention, their attitude was less than friendly. It's frustrating because I know they can do better! If they could just focus on reducing the wait and treating customers with a bit more respect, it would make a world of difference. Hoping for improvements on my next visit! 🙏
