I wasn't prepared for the level of frustration I would encounter when I needed assistance with prescription approval and a referral. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After reaching out, I felt ignored and undervalued, as it took an eternity for anyone to respond to my inquiries. I understand that things can get busy, but when it comes to health needs, waiting for answers shouldn't be the norm. I really hope they consider improving their response time and overall support. It would make a world of difference for patients like me who are trying to navigate their medical care.

I couldn’t believe how challenging it was to get my prescription refilled. After multiple attempts and quite a bit of frustration, I finally managed to get what I needed, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult. I’ve used their services occasionally in the past, and while I appreciate the medical care options they provide, enhancing communication and response times would really make a difference for patients like me.

I didn’t expect to find myself in the emergency department in Poway, but when my heart started acting up, it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly staff. They wasted no time getting things sorted out and really took the time to address my concerns. My heart issues were resolved, which was my main goal. The only downside was the wait time—perhaps they could benefit from a few more hands on deck to help manage the busy periods. Overall, though, I felt well cared for and grateful for the support!
