Palace Nails

I had high hopes for my recent visit, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I was really looking forward to a fresh nail service that would give me a boost, but I left feeling disappointed. The nail shaping was uneven, and the cuticle care felt rushed and unprofessional. It was as if the focus was more on getting clients in and out rather than providing quality results. I really wanted my nails to look elegant, but instead, they were just a bit of a mess. I think with a little more attention to detail in nail shaping and cuticle care, they could really improve. I usually try to treat myself to regular manicures, but I might need to rethink my next appointment. It's a shame because I was looking to make this a regular stop in my self-care routine.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience in Northwest San Antonio! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I decided to try out their nail services, and I have to say, my nails have never looked better. They lasted over two weeks without any chips or damage—super impressive! I loved the variety of options, and the environment was so relaxing. Perfect spot for a bit of self-care!

What surprised me was the overall experience I had during my last visit for a nail service. I was looking forward to a pampering session, but unfortunately, things didn’t go quite as planned. The nail quality didn’t match the prices I paid, which left me feeling a bit shortchanged. Plus, the staff interaction with Ken was less than friendly. I believe a little more warmth and attention to detail would really improve the experience for everyone. This was a one-off visit for me, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon unless I hear some major improvements have been made.
