I can honestly say I was hoping for a better experience managing my type 2 diabetes here in New Braunfels. Upon entering, the atmosphere felt welcoming, but my actual time with the medical staff left me a bit disappointed. It seemed like I was more of a number than a patient with unique needs. I had some issues with prescription management, which should have been straightforward, but that turned into a frustrating back-and-forth that added unnecessary stress to my health journey. I really wanted to build a solid care plan with them, especially since they have in-house specialists, but it just didn’t happen that way. While I appreciate the quick access to diagnostic testing, which helps save time, the overall care coordination didn’t meet my expectations. I hope they can improve these aspects since convenient healthcare is something our community truly needs.

After just a few visits, I have to say I've been pretty disappointed with my experiences here. The check-in process felt tedious and the staff at the front desk could really use some extra training on friendliness. It's tough when you're already feeling insecure about skin issues and then get a lackluster reception. I appreciate the medical team’s efforts once you get past that point, but there's definitely room for improvement on how the first impression feels. It would be great if they could adjust their policies to make things smoother and approach engaging with patients with a kinder attitude. Hoping to see some changes next time. 😊
