It felt like I was just going through the motions, and I left feeling disappointed. Additionally, I wish the staff at Painless Laser Solutions had been more professional. I didn't receive the attentive care I had anticipated, which added to my frustration. A little more focus on sanitization practices would go a long way, too. I think there's potential here, but they need to address these key areas to truly enhance the client experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon.

It felt great to know I could get the assistance I needed without any hassle. Definitely excited to return for some of their cosmetic services!
