The therapist seemed disinterested, and honestly, it felt like my muscles weren't the only thing that needed attention—there was a lack of genuine care in the atmosphere. I've had deep tissue massages before that left me floating on a cloud of bliss, but this one? Let’s just say I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. It would be great if they informed customers about that beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience but could use some tweaks in communication.
