I walked in with high hopes for getting my kids vaccinated in Northeast Houston, knowing how important it is to keep them protected. However, my experience was far from what I expected. The receptionist seemed unfriendly and unprofessional, which left me feeling frustrated even before the appointment began. I believe that having a warm and welcoming front desk is crucial, especially in a pediatric setting. It was disheartening because I know how essential vaccinations are for kids, and I just wanted a smooth experience to get this done. I think the staff could greatly benefit from some customer service training to enhance their interactions with parents. It would really help transform the overall experience for families like mine. I left without the vaccinations we came for, and while I want to support local health services, this one could use some improvements before I consider returning.

After my visit to a clinic in Northeast Houston, I felt a bit let down by the whole experience. I took my daughter in for a pediatric consultation because she was showing signs that might indicate a potential UTI. I was hoping for a detailed examination and some timely prescriptions to ease her discomfort. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff felt unprofessional; there seemed to be a lack of urgency when addressing her needs. It took longer than expected to get the prescription sorted out, which didn't help my daughter at all. I really believe that they could enhance their service by being more responsible and timely with such critical matters, especially when it involves children’s health. I genuinely want my child to feel better, and that’s why I choose these consultations, but I left feeling more frustrated than reassured.
