After just a few visits, I found myself feeling disappointed with the service. I went in for an eyebrow waxing and a haircut, hoping to leave feeling refreshed, but the experience felt rushed and the staff seemed unprofessional. It was evident they were more focused on getting customers in and out rather than providing quality service. My haircut didn't quite turn out how I envisioned, and I felt like my concerns were brushed off. I really think they could benefit from better training and taking a bit more time with each customer to ensure everyone leaves satisfied. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for my grooming routine here.
