After visiting recently, I had high hopes for the manicure service. Sadly, my experience left me feeling a bit let down. I appreciated the range of services they offer, but the execution didn’t quite meet my expectations. The staff were busy, and it felt like there was a rush to get through appointments. The nails were removed, but I wished there had been more gentleness in their approach. It’s definitely a place with potential, but I think they could benefit from slowing down a bit to ensure each client feels cared for.
