It’s hard to find a place where you walk out feeling fully satisfied, but I had high hopes. I booked a pedicure along with a full set of nails, expecting to be pampered and leave with a fresh look. Unfortunately, the nails weren't done quite right—there were some spots that weren't fully covered, leaving me a bit disappointed. I did appreciate the staff’s insistence on providing good service, but I think they need to pay more attention to the details. A bit of extra care could go a long way in making sure everything is fixed properly and looks flawless before the clients head out the door. Fingers crossed for a better experience next time!

I walked in for my weekly mani/pedi and left feeling like a million bucks! KC was absolutely delightful—she has this warm, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I opted for the cucumber spa manicure, which felt so refreshing, especially with the marine mask and that lovely massage butter. And let me tell you, the lavender organic pedi is pure bliss! I love how the whole experience is not just about looking good, but also about pampering myself. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to indulge in some personal grooming!

Once I decided to treat myself to a Shellac mani-pedi in Houston’s Westside, I was looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The application was rushed, and when I noticed irritation from my damaged cuticles afterward, I felt really disappointed. I tried to reach out to the staff for some help, but they were rather unhelpful, which left me feeling frustrated. It could have been a nice day of pampering but instead, it was just a reminder to prioritize quality over convenience. I hope they improve their service and customer care in the future!
