After just a recent visit for a back checkup, I have to say I was left feeling quite disappointed. I was really hoping for some solid advice or help regarding my chronic pain, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. The practitioners were friendly enough, and I appreciate their efforts, but it felt like there was a lack of thoroughness or insight regarding my condition. While the atmosphere in National City was welcoming, I think there's a real need for improvement in the competency of the doctors. My experience was more of a letdown than a solution, and I left without any clear direction for my ongoing issues.

Before I left, I had high hopes of finally finding relief from my gallstone pain, especially in National City where I thought I'd receive the care I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. My consultation felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my concerns were genuinely addressed. The staff interaction left a lot to be desired; I found them a bit rude and dismissive. I really wanted someone to understand what I was going through and provide some support. Instead, I walked away feeling disappointed and still suffering from the same pain. I believe that a little more empathy could go a long way in helping patients feel heard and cared for. It’s unfortunate because I truly wanted to find a solution here.

I couldn’t believe how frustrating my experience was at OpSam Health in National City. I was really looking forward to a follow-up appointment for my prenatal care, but topping off my hopes with dashed expectations, the appointment scheduling process felt more like a treasure hunt—minus the treasure! I called multiple times, but the communication was like waiting for a text back from a friend who just ghosted you. When I finally got an appointment, I was bummed to learn that they weren't prepared for me, which added to my stress instead of alleviating it. I really hope they can improve their scheduling and communication skills, because as a soon-to-be mom, I just want a little peace of mind. Here’s hoping it gets better!
