For years, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect spot to unwind and rejuvenate, so I was excited to finally try out a local gem I had heard about. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. The hot tub I booked was smaller than I anticipated, which made it a bit cramped for comfort. I also found the temperature on the cooler side when I arrived, which was disappointing because I was looking forward to that warm, soothing soak. On top of that, the pricing felt a bit steep given the overall experience. While the setting was tranquil and beautiful, I wish the staff had been more attentive and helpful. I really wanted to love it but left feeling a bit underwhelmed. I think adjusting the tub sizes and better training for the team would make a world of difference. Here’s hoping for a better experience next time!

I can honestly say that my date night at Onsen Hot Tub & Sauna Rentals was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had in a while! We opted for a private hot tub, and it was so nice to unwind together in a serene garden setting. The atmosphere was perfectly calming, and I could feel all my stress just melting away. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. My only small bit of feedback would be that the tub could have used a little more attention when it came to cleanliness. But overall, it was a fantastic way to connect and recharge. We'll definitely be back for another relaxing evening!
