I had no idea my experience would go so south. I was really looking forward to my stretch sessions, but honestly, I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. The whole vibe just felt off, and when I went to inquire about an issue with my account, it was like I was talking to a brick wall. 🙄 Better communication with customers is a must! It honestly felt like they didn't value me as a client. I'm really disappointed, and I'm not sure if I'll be back. 😡

I didn't think I'd feel so let down after a session at ONESWEAT, but here we are. I originally went for the assisted stretching, excited to finally give my aching muscles some TLC. While the stretches were good, I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed—like my issues weren’t truly understood. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice, but I sensed some mismanagement when it came to addressing my specific problem areas effectively. I believe they have great potential, but a few better decisions in management could really elevate the experience. I'll give it another shot because I’ve heard good things, but my expectations are a bit tempered now.
