One service I was particularly thankful for was the DigniCap® Hair Loss Prevention. I opted to try the scalp cooling system, and I can honestly say it made a significant difference. Not only did it help preserve my hair during treatment, but it also made my experience feel a bit less daunting. What I appreciated the most was how the team ensured I was supported both physically and emotionally throughout my chemotherapy. I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down after my visit. I came in for blood work and a consultation due to concerns about my low white blood cell count and protein levels. While I appreciate the significance of the tests and know they're crucial for monitoring my health, the experience left me feeling disappointed. The practitioners, including Kathleen O’Keefe, seemed knowledgeable, but the communication from the staff was lacking. There were moments when I felt they were unprofessional and even a bit rude, which made me hesitant to ask all my questions. I was hoping for a more supportive environment, especially given the stress of dealing with potential health issues. While I understand that everyone has off days, better communication and timely follow-up from staff would really make a difference. Now, I’m left waiting to schedule further tests, hoping for a clearer path forward.
