After just a few visits for infusion treatments, I feel compelled to share my experience. While the infusion itself was effective and I did receive the necessary care from Dr. Sam, my visits haven't been without their challenges. There was this heavy feeling of disappointment regarding the lack of privacy in the infusion room. It was quite awkward at times because of how exposed everything felt, especially during such a vulnerable time. On top of that, the accounting process could use a bit more professionalism; I encountered a few frustrating issues that seemed to stem from a disorganized approach. However, I did appreciate the friendly demeanor of the staff, which made the experience a bit more bearable. I'm hopeful that they can improve on these aspects moving forward because the medical treatment itself is very much needed.
