I was hoping for a truly rejuvenating experience when I booked a massage therapy session with Rod. I have to say that the massage itself was great; Rod really knows his stuff and was able to work out the knots I’ve had for months. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The staff seemed a little unresponsive, and when I inquired about insurance reimbursement, there wasn’t much follow-up. I think they could improve the service by really checking in with customers after their treatments. A little more personal touch could take this place from good to amazing!
