Before I left, I was really looking forward to treating myself to a much-anticipated manicure. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite. Cathy, who was handling my nails, seemed rushed and a bit careless. I ended up with minor injuries that were both disappointing and frustrating. I would have appreciated a more careful approach and perhaps a bit of empathy in response to my discomfort. Instead, I felt rather brushed off. I occasionally treat myself to nail care, and this visit has definitely made me rethink where I go next time. I believe a more attentive and apologetic attitude from the staff would go a long way in improving their overall service.

I never expected to have such a disappointing experience at a place that seemed so promising. I opted for a deluxe pedicure, excited for a little pampering, but ended up developing an unpleasant infection shortly after. To make matters worse, the staff was less than friendly when I expressed my concerns. It felt like they brushed me off instead of addressing the issues. I really think they need to improve their sanitation practices, as it’s crucial for any spa. I won’t be returning any time soon.
