Jonie, the social worker, and Angie, the nurse, seemed out of their depth and their communication was not only lacking, it felt rude at times. I was hopeful for a supportive environment, but it was anything but. I believe that improving communication and professionalism would make a huge difference for families seeking help here. My experience didn't provide the care and understanding we desperately needed.
