I was really hopeful when I first arrived for my loved one's care, but the experience was more frustrating than I ever imagined. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, which only added to my worries. There were numerous instances where response times during urgent moments were painfully slow, leaving us feeling helpless. I get that everyone has tough days, but when it comes to health care, professionalism is crucial. Additionally, the communication could use some serious improvement. I really think they need to prioritize training for their team, especially in how to handle emergencies and interact with family members. Overall, I left feeling more anxious than when I walked in, and that’s not what you want when seeking care.

It was disheartening to see how the caregivers treated not only the residents but also the families. Ideally, a place where elderly care is supposed to feel like an oasis of comfort was anything but. I truly urge the management to improve both the quality of care for its elderly patients and the behavior of their staff. It’s crucial that we provide our loved ones with the compassion and dignity they deserve, especially in their later years.
