The nurse practitioner was lovely and made the experience as comfortable as possible, but honestly, the communication during my visit left much to be desired. I found myself a bit confused when they were calling back about my notes—it felt like they were flipping through a scrapbook rather than a medical chart! I’d suggest they take a moment to review patient notes before dialing in; it could save a lot of back-and-forth. Overall, a decent visit, but definitely room for improvement.
