It's hard to write this because I really hoped for a better outcome. I visited for a medical consultation regarding my shoulder pain, and I was looking for some relief. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated. The communication from the staff in Hammond was not what I expected; it felt like they weren’t listening to my concerns. I didn’t receive an effective treatment plan, and it left me feeling a bit untrustworthy of their advice. I think there’s definitely room for improvement in how they deliver their services. While the facility is nice and has a lot of offerings, I was disappointed that my shoulder issue wasn’t taken seriously. I occasionally seek help for this kind of thing, and I really hope they can step up in the future.
