NuZen Spa

After experiencing a massage at NuZen Spa, I have to say I was a bit let down. I was really looking forward to some stress relief, but the quality of the service just didn't meet my expectations. The massage technics felt off, and I walked away feeling more tense than relaxed. I think a bit more staff training and client engagement could really improve the overall experience. It’s a beautiful spa, and I believe they have the potential to offer much better services.

It's hard to put my experience into words, but I’ll give it a shot! I recently treated myself to a gel manicure and pedicure along with a foot massage while visiting Oceanside, and I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. The atmosphere was serene and the staff were super friendly, which I truly appreciated. I was really looking forward to the gel polish lasting longer, but unfortunately, it didn't hold up as well as I'd hoped. As for the foot massage, the hot stones felt nice at first, but they could have been a touch cooler to really hit that sweet spot of relaxation. One part that did make me a little uncomfortable was the gel polish removal process; it was a bit harsher than I expected. I truly felt relaxed and my swollen feet were relieved, but I’d love to see some improvements in the details. All in all, a decent visit, but there’s room for a bit more polish, pun intended!

I really wanted to love my pedicure experience, but I left feeling quite disappointed. While the staff was friendly, the focus seemed more on upselling additional services rather than delivering a quality pedicure. I felt rushed, and the attention to detail just wasn't there. It's frustrating when you're looking for relaxation, but the emphasis is on making a sale. I hope they can shift their focus back to providing excellent service—after all, isn't that what we come for?
