I didn’t expect my experience here to be as disappointing as it was. While I had high hopes for some much-needed relief in Houston on Washington Avenue Coalition, I found the staff interaction quite unhelpful. I had to deal with paperwork issues that felt like a hassle rather than a help. It would be great if they could provide clear copies of what needs to be signed and maybe even have a more flexible cancellation policy. I really wanted to enjoy the chiropractic care and hydrotherapy massage, but the lack of support made the whole experience less than stellar.
