Initially, I went to Nova Medical Centers with high hopes for their drug testing services, expecting a smooth process that would get me the work clearance I needed. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of those expectations. The staff seemed unfriendly and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I felt like just another number instead of a valued client. Communication could definitely be improved; it seemed like no one was on the same page about the procedures and timeline. I didn’t receive my work clearance, which was the whole point of my visit, and that left me feeling pretty disheartened. I hope they can work on enhancing their professionalism because the location offers some great services that could really help people like me if handled better.
