I didn’t have the best experience with the drug testing services here the last time I visited for a job requirement. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was great, but my drug test ended up inconclusive, and I felt pretty frustrated. I was hoping for more accuracy in the testing process, especially since it was important for my employment. I occasionally go here when needed, and I genuinely believe they could enhance their testing efficiency and accuracy. Overall, it's a decent place with potential, but there's definitely room for improvement on the testing side.

I left feeling quite frustrated after my visit. I was there for non-DOT drug testing, hoping to make my job application process smoother, but the communication regarding which tests I needed was pretty unclear. The staff didn’t seem very helpful either, which only added to my frustration. It’s located conveniently on the Near East Side of San Antonio, but I really wish they would improve on informing clients about the specifics of the testing process. The prolonged hiring process isn’t ideal, and better communication could have made a big difference.
