I can honestly say my experience at Nova Medical Centers in Houston's South Belt/Ellington area left a lot to be desired. I had to get a drug test done, which is something I’ve done before without issue, but this time was different. I arrived and found out there wasn't a male observer available, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The staff seemed a bit unhelpful in resolving this, and it added unnecessary frustration to an already stressful situation. I think there could be significant improvement if they ensured that someone is always available when required. It's essential for these services to run smoothly, especially in a professional setting.
