I wasn't impressed with my experience at Northwestern Medicine. I went in for foot surgery, hoping for a straightforward process, but the lack of communication was really frustrating. I felt like I was always left in the dark about what my expenses would be and how my insurance would handle everything. The staff seemed uninformed, which only added to my stress. Honestly, I expected a more cohesive approach, especially considering it's a well-known place. If they could improve their communication about costs and insurance acceptance, my experience might have been much better. Unfortunately, I can't say I left with any positive feelings.

Without a doubt, my experience at the clinic in Near North Side didn't quite meet my expectations. I found the staff a bit unresponsive when I had questions, which only added to my stress. I really think they could improve their communication and streamline the billing process. I just wanted to be able to focus on recovering without the added headaches!
