Before I left Northwest Animal Hospital, I was genuinely amazed by how well they handled my dog's grooming. My pup usually has quite the fear of nail trims, but the staff there was so knowledgeable and patient. They approached the entire process with care, making sure he felt comfortable and safe. It was a huge relief to see him calm during what usually is a stressful experience for us both. I highly recommend their grooming services for any pet parent dealing with a reluctant little one!
