I must say, my experience here was less than ideal. I had to cancel an appointment recently and thought everything would be straightforward. Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with an unresolved billing issue which left me pretty frustrated. I expected better communication from the staff, but I found them unresponsive. A quick email response could have made a world of difference in clearing things up! I occasionally use their services, and while I appreciate the therapy options, it would be nice to have smoother communication when things go awry. Here’s hoping they can improve on this in the future!

I expected a warm and empathetic conversation, especially when discussing something as personal as medication, but the practitioner, Nellie Samuel, seemed rushed and a bit curt. I just wanted some clarity, but I left feeling more confused and uncared for. Honestly, it didn't feel very professional, and I wish I'd felt more supported. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but if I’m looking for help again, I hope for a better experience.
