After hearing great things about the location for glasses fitting and prescription services, I decided to give them a try for my vision correction needs. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the expectations. While the facility seemed well-equipped, I felt that the staff didn’t fully grasp my concerns or needs when it came to my prescription; they seemed more focused on getting me to choose a frame than ensuring I was genuinely taken care of. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated because I couldn't use the products effectively. I believe they could really benefit from a more customer-centered approach. It’s vital in a service-focused field like eye care that the needs of the customer come first, rather than the drive for profit.
