The support I received offered a solid avenue towards my recovery, and the structure of the program really fit what I was looking for. The staff varied in their approach, though—some were incredibly understanding, while others felt more detached, which made it a bit inconsistent. I also think it would help if everyone respected HIPAA regulations more closely, just to ensure privacy and trust. I can honestly say that I owe my life to the detox program here, but it hasn't been a perfect experience. When I decided to detox from methadone, I was hopeful. There’s something disheartening about walking into a treatment center expecting support and instead feeling a bit judged.
