It wasn’t long before I realized that my experience here was not what I had hoped for. As someone managing Type 1 Diabetes, I was looking for comprehensive care and effective prescription management, but I found myself feeling quite disappointed. The interactions with the staff felt unprofessional, which really impacted my visits. I think they could benefit from showing a bit more compassion and being more responsive to patients’ needs. Dr. Khowaja and Michelle have great knowledge, but the atmosphere could use some serious improvement. If you're looking for supportive care in managing diabetes, I’d suggest exploring other options.

I’ll never forget my frustrating experience trying to make an appointment for a consultation on the Northeast Side of San Antonio. I had high hopes of getting some guidance on my endocrine health, but I found myself constantly hitting a wall with unresponsive staff. It felt like my concerns were just being brushed aside. It would be great if their referral policy could be streamlined because right now, it’s just a lot of wasted time and effort. I really wanted some help, but I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. 😔
