I’d heard so much about the care here in Dallas, but my experience with scheduling appointments has been a bit of a headache. The staff is genuinely friendly, which I appreciate, but the process feels frustrating due to cancellations that seem to pop up too frequently. It's definitely a hassle when all you want is to get in for your cholesterol management check-up. The doctors, like Julia and Dr. Bressler, seem great, and I know the services offered are top-notch. If they could streamline the appointment process, I think this place would really shine!
