I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I went in for my insurance verification in Central Scottsdale. I had hoped to leave feeling confident about my treatment costs, but instead, I walked out feeling more confused than ever. When I asked about the services, the staff didn't seem too interested in helping me understand the benefits and potential costs, which was really disappointing. I could use a little kindness and compassion in these situations! I appreciate that they offer such a variety of services like acupuncture and microneedling, and it would be lovely if they communicated that a bit better. I think with some changes in how they engage with clients, this place could really shine. For now, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my wellness needs.

I’ve always loved the feeling of peace that accompanies a good acupuncture session, and my recent visit was no exception. Nancy has a way of making you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. I went in with some chronic pain that had been bothering me for a while, and I left feeling like a completely new person. The treatment was so personalized and I appreciated how Nancy took the time to understand my concerns. It was comforting to be treated in such a calm and serene space, and the optional vibro-acoustic therapy on the table was a real treat! I highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for holistic healing and a moment to unwind.

I have to say, I was really looking forward to my acupuncture session. I occasionally seek out treatments in hopes of finding some relief from my symptoms, but this time didn't quite meet my expectations. The practitioner, Nancy, was knowledgeable but the overall staff interaction felt a bit lacking. I left feeling as if my concerns weren't fully understood or addressed. Also, I wish there had been clearer communication regarding my insurance coverage, as I found myself confused about what was covered. I do appreciate the calming space and the individual attention given in the private rooms, but when it comes to symptom relief, I was left disappointed this time around.
