To say I’m thankful for the help I received would be an understatement. The staff here is truly awesome; they take the time to listen and really understand your struggles. My sessions have been enlightening, and I felt reassured knowing that they truly care about my well-being. However, I did experience a bit of frustration with phone communication—sometimes it was hard to get through when trying to schedule or ask questions. Overall, it’s a positive experience that has made a significant difference in my mental health journey.

I’d heard so many good things about this place in Flower Mound, especially from friends who spoke highly of Dr. Murad. I finally decided it was time for a health consultation, but I have to say I left feeling a bit disappointed. While Dr. Murad himself was great and attentive during the consultation, I found the front desk communication to be quite lacking. It took longer than expected to check in and the staff didn’t seem very responsive to my questions, which really added to the frustration. I really hope they can improve on that because the care I received from the doctor was satisfactory, but the overall experience could definitely use some work. 😊

The way they approach mental health really stands out to me. I initially came in for a check-up, hoping to adjust some medication, and I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and caring the staff was. Chad, Dr. Nikki, and Ed took the time to really listen to my concerns, making me feel valued and understood. I’ve been coming here quarterly, and each visit only solidifies my trust in them. The environment is welcoming and friendly, which makes opening up about personal issues that much easier. Since starting my treatment, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mental well-being. They focus on truly individualized care, which I believe is key in mental health treatment. I can’t recommend them enough—I really appreciate the genuine commitment to patient care.
