I’ve been going here for my child's check-ups occasionally, but I have to say that my experience has been pretty frustrating. Getting a timely appointment feels like a bit of a challenge, which is disappointing when you’re trying to keep up with kids' health. The last time I called, the staff seemed a bit unhelpful and communication wasn't great, which added to my stress. I really love the mission of places like this, but they could use some improvement in scheduling and making patients feel prioritized. It's tough when you’re trying to navigate health care for your children and you just want a straightforward appointment without the hassle.

When I finally decided to seek help for a chest scan, I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The practitioner I saw, Maddiha Payami, was rude during our interaction, which only added to my frustration. I felt dismissed and unvalued as a patient. I occasionally turn to these services for medical evaluations, but this experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I walked in looking for support and left feeling ignored and let down.

Every time I have visited North Park Family Health Center for dental services, I've left feeling more frustrated than satisfied. The scheduling process has been a hassle, and I often found myself waiting much longer than expected, which just added to my stress. During my last visit, the staff didn't seem particularly helpful or concerned about my situation, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a more seamless experience, especially for basic dental care. I think they really need to improve their appointment policies and ensure better follow-up with medical records. It's such a great location in San Diego, and it has so much potential, but there are definitely some kinks to sort out.
