It's hard to find a spot that feels both professional and relaxed, but I was a bit disappointed with my visit here in West Englewood. The atmosphere had promise, but the polish quality just didn’t measure up. I expected a bit more attention to detail, especially in something as simple as keeping the tools sanitized. I must say, my visit to N_nail was a mix of highs and lows. I was super excited for some nail art that I had my heart set on, and while the design was exactly what I requested, I left feeling a little underwhelmed. One thing I think they really need to improve on is making sure to wash hands before starting the polishing. It’s such a small detail, but it really makes a difference in the overall experience. I also would have loved a nice hand massage or lotion at the end to really pamper myself. I guess I’m just used to that extra touch at other places.
