I didn't expect my visit to be such a letdown. I went in for eyebrow waxing and threading, hoping to walk out with nicely groomed brows. Instead, I left with scarring and huge red marks that took quite a while to fade. The staff was not gentle at all, which was disappointing. I occasionally treat myself to brow services, but this experience has me reconsidering my options. If you’re looking for a soothing and gentle approach, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
