Nikki Nails Bar & Spa

I can’t say I was thrilled after my recent visit to Nikki Nails Bar & Spa in Elkins Park. I took my daughter there for a little self-care day, hoping she'd enjoy her first pedicure, and, well, let’s just say it didn’t meet expectations. The place has a nice ambiance, which is always a plus, but the attention to detail was lacking, especially for kids. We each got a pedicure, and while mine was decent, my daughter’s nail polish was uneven and chipped by the time we left! Even worse, the staff seemed a bit rushed and unengaged, which really dampened the vibe. It’s a shame because the setup is lovely and I wanted it to be a great experience. I think they could improve a lot by focusing more on the quality of their service and how they interact with their clients. I’d give it another shot, but only if I hear about some changes!

I was hoping for a thorough pampering session, but the annoyance over the surprise costs overshadowed the treatment itself. I think a little more transparency could go a long way in improving the overall experience.

While I waited for my appointment, I could feel the stress of the week beginning to melt away in the calming environment. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was so soothing, with lovely scents and soft music that immediately set the tone for a perfect indulgence. I treated myself to a collagen-infused spa pedicure, and let me tell you—it was pure bliss! The combination of the hot stone and jelly soak made my feet feel like they were in a mini paradise. The staff was incredibly skilled and attentive, really making sure I had the best experience possible. It’s amazing how a few hours of pampering can rejuvenate your spirit. I walked out feeling refreshed, and I can't wait to go back for more self-care. If you're looking for a memorable way to unwind, I highly recommend this place!
