I’ve been to this urgent care a few times and had mostly positive interactions with the medical staff. Dr. Great was indeed very attentive and friendly, providing helpful information about my health concerns. However, I did feel a bit let down by the receptionist's demeanor; she seemed a bit dry and unwelcoming, which set a strange tone. I really think a friendly greeting would make a huge difference for patients coming in from Phoenix. Overall, I'm grateful for the medical assistance but hope to see improvements in the front desk communication.
