I’ll never forget my last visit. I decided to treat myself to some beauty services—eyebrow threading, a Brazilian wax, and an eyelash lift. At first, I felt excited, but honestly, it turned into quite the disappointment. The younger staff member seemed rushed and less attentive, which left me feeling like I was just another appointment on their list. The older lady who handled my threading seemed nice but unfortunately didn’t achieve the look I wanted. It felt frustrating, and I ended up leaving with a sense of dissatisfaction rather than the glow I was hoping for. I really think improvement is needed, especially in regards to service integrity and attentiveness to clients. I occasionally opt for these kinds of services, but I’ll definitely think twice before booking again.
