When I first reached out to New Season Treatment Center for counseling, I was really hoping to find the support I needed. Unfortunately, my experience with my counselor, Renee, left a lot to be desired. I expected a warm and professional environment, but I found the interaction to be quite unprofessional. It felt more like a rushed chat than the supportive session I was looking for. I believe they really need to focus on improving the professionalism of their staff. Once I stepped into New Season Treatment Center in Charlotte, I had high hopes for finding the support I needed to maintain my sobriety. The facility has a comforting vibe and offers a range of services, from individual counseling to medication-assisted treatment. My sessions with Tara, who is knowledgeable and compassionate, have been helpful; however, my overall experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. Unfortunately, I encountered some staff members who seemed rushed and less than respectful at times, which left me feeling disappointed. It's essential to remember that recovering from addiction takes time, and I believe that with improvements in employee responsiveness, the center could enhance the experience significantly for clients like me. After my first few visits, I was hoping for a smooth journey towards recovery with Suboxone treatment. Honestly, I appreciated the less frequent visits during recovery, which gave me more time to focus on my life outside of therapy. However, I found the communication about closures a bit lacking, leaving me feeling a bit in the dark at times. It would be great to have more support from the staff during those tough moments.
