When I first walked into that cozy little spot in Manhattan, I immediately felt at ease. I had previously had fillers done elsewhere, and they were not looking quite right—if you know what I mean. But Marina worked her magic and completely transformed my look! She was so friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I love how careful she was in correcting the previous work; it’s like I got a fresh start! I’m thrilled with the results and can't wait to come back for my next appointment. While the treatments offered, like facials and various peels, sounded promising, the communication about their new policies was unclear, which led to some frustrating moments. I found the reception staff a bit rude, which added to the overall negative vibe. I really appreciated Marina's expertise, but I felt the lack of professionalism from some staff members really affected my visits. There’s definitely room for improvement here—if they could enhance their customer service and clear communication about changes, it would make a world of difference. I want to keep coming back for my beauty needs, but I hope to see some changes.
