Every time I need to refill my prescription, I feel like I'm playing a game of telephone, and not a fun one! My last visit left me pretty frustrated. I went in to get my medication, and after waiting longer than expected, I found out my prescription hadn't even made it to the pharmacy—it was like it vanished into thin air! The staff seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what happened, which didn't inspire much confidence. I really think that better communication between the office and pharmacy would go a long way in helping patients like me. It’s disappointing because I really wanted this to be a positive experience. Here’s hoping they sort this out soon!

After my first visit for a blood draw, I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The cleanliness of the area seemed a bit off, which made me anxious. I noticed that the staff didn’t change gloves before taking my blood, and that really raised some red flags for me regarding safety and hygiene. On top of that, some of the folks at the front desk were a little rude, which didn’t help the situation. I felt like I deserved better, especially when it comes to something as important as health care. I really hope they can improve these aspects because I believe everyone deserves a comfortable and safe experience. 😊

But let me tell you, Dr. Mould and Marcella made the experience surprisingly comfortable. Their friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and they took the time to explain every step of the process. I could hardly believe I was having needles inserted and yet felt so calm!
