After hearing so many positive things about the pediatric therapy options in Balboa Park, I was really looking forward to getting some support for my child with autism. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The communication from the staff was lacking, and I often felt ignored when I reached out for updates. I understand that things can get busy, but better response times would really improve the experience for parents like me. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to find the right help for your child and feel like you’re being left in the dark. I hope they can work on their communication soon! ❤️
